My 96 years old mom who had a medical condition could not walk in to see the doctor. There is one lady there who is so rude and disrespectful. She would always hang up the phone on you if she thinks u are asking too much questions. This office has rooms for a lot of improvement. I need to go somewhere where the environment is friendly and caring. Management please retrain this woman as how to be respectful and honest on the phone.

I was impressed by dr’s website and reviews but after interaction with women that are answering the phone deeply disappointed. I called to inquire if dr was taking new patients and woman would not answer me and refused to talk to me until she verified my insurance and claimed it would take her 1-2 days to do so. I called back again and asked if office was taking new patients and she said I just told you I have to verify your insurance info. Thank you for a smooth transition to coming under your care . Your taking the time to explain to both my husband and myself has been a refreshing change. We especially appreciate that Dr. Mabourakh and staff try their best to meet the needs of their patients.

So my 86yr old mother has not been doing too well. I’ve gone now to ALL her appts for 13 months.. while they bill Humana, she’s yet to see the doctor in all this time. Oh yes they act, nice and sweet with you. But robbing their patients the care of a certified doc.. but of course charge for a doctors visit. Asked for a doctor, he told me “oh we’re on the same level”.. Don’t know about you all, my Mom needs more than smiles, I’m taking her to someone who actually LEARNED some extra things in the 6extra yrs of schooling.

Apparently physician assistants are working solo at this establishment .. NOT in collaboration with a physician .. I would recommend anyone who has a love one going here to pay attn they MAY NOT be seen by a certified doctor for years. Please be aware before it is too late.
