Unfortunately - not coming back here. You will certainly have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor. I'm mostly upset that they tried charging me $3k for "new patient" tests, told me they were mandatory even though it was my annual check up. Fortunately, they've reduced what they've billed me, but it's still absurdly high and I've never, in almost 30 years, have had to pay $700 for an annual check up. Bad bedside manner. I was feeling anxious about my condition and she made me feel guilty of having anxiety and having lack of knowledge.
Women- please avoid this doctor! She will try to throw every possible billing charge onto your appointment to rip you off. Total sham doctor. She is cold and condescending and violating in her approach to exams. I have never experienced a pap smear where the doctor has a complete disregard for privacy. She pulled open my robe so I was completely naked and exposed for the entire exam. It felt very violating. My first time in this office. Dr. Rustamova was very nice, and so was the ultrasound technician and the secretaries. the office is very clean, and I like the fact that is all female. I felt safe and well taken care of. Thanks to all of them.
Unprofessional. Decided to take a lunch break during my scheduled appointment while I waited for 40 minutes. No heads up, nothing. I finally walked out.
