First time there and I must say it was a great experience for me. He explained everything about my CT scan, of my lungs, and showed me the areas of concern.

Not sure why he has less stars, but my mom just went today and had an amazing experience with dr Shahid. He took his time and explained everything in detail and overall was very nice and had a good sense of humor . He was friendly and easy to talk to . I would make an appt of ur reading this :) Also office staff is what I’m not reviewing on. My review is strictly with the dr . Office staff comes and goes and usually are never the best anywhere i been to . :)

Communication with this office is horrible. Their schedule is month + out and they don’t obtain the proper authorization for the insurance for the ENTIRE month you’re waiting for your appointment and then they cancel you the morning of. Not surprised that this office has barely 3 stars. Probably for the best… if the office can’t obtain simple authorization, I don’t trust the doctors credentials to properly care for his patients!

I'm very frustrated with Dr. Mallick office staff specially Bernadette who happens to be very rude. These ladies who work in the office can't even communicate with each about the patient. I have called several times and they keep on transferring to this Bernadette and she has no clue what it is that I need why? Because the receptionist doesn't tell her what I called for! I'm like really you are sitting steps away and you can't let her know! They expect me to repeat myself over and over I get tired I'm on oxygen and I get win... read more

Horrible staff that answers the phone, I have to ask their name because they just say hello… then they have an attitude when giving there name.. management acts like they are in a meeting so they don’t have to come to the phone . I ask the managers and was told her name is ummmmmm Jennifer, which with the way these unprofessional act I’m sure that was a lie and the lady who asked the phone said her name was Carla these people really need some lessons in professionalism..
