Following a very routine gallbladder surgery, I developed a horrible debilitating cough, shortness of breath, inability to breathe, inability to talk without coughing, and intense pain in my air ways. Very poor communication and coordination at this office. I’ve experienced these issues repeatedly during my entire consultation tenure—simple requests like sending prescriptions require multiple follow-ups, and even after confirming pharmacy details, mistakes still happen, leading to further delays and frustration. It typically takes repeated calls to the office to get even basic updates. First time there and I must say it was a great experience for me. He explained everything about my CT scan, of my lungs, and showed me the areas of concern.

Not sure why he has less stars, but my mom just went today and had an amazing experience with dr Shahid. He took his time and explained everything in detail and overall was very nice and had a good sense of humor . He was friendly and easy to talk to . I would make an appt of ur reading this :) Also office staff is what I’m not reviewing on. My review is strictly with the dr . Office staff comes and goes and usually are never the best anywhere i been to . :)

Communication with this office is horrible. Their schedule is month + out and they don’t obtain the proper authorization for the insurance for the ENTIRE month you’re waiting for your appointment and then they cancel you the morning of. Not surprised that this office has barely 3 stars. Probably for the best… if the office can’t obtain simple authorization, I don’t trust the doctors credentials to properly care for his patients!
