DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you’re female and have concerns regarding your thyroid and hormones. You will get dismissed just because your periods are “regular”. Shahed A. Quyyumi was cold, gave no eye contact, rushed out the door as i was trying to ask questions and discuss my concerns. Lucky I got the biopsy for the thyroid nodule because I had imaging to back it up. Wouldn’t listen to my other concerns at all because my periods are regular. 6/11/2026
He is very responsive and listens to my concerns. Collectively we come up with a plan of action that I feel comfortable with. With his help, I've been able to lower my A1C and keep my type 2 diabetes in check.
If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. Worst experience with him, my mom was sick went to see him, he was laughing all the time while my mom was telling him how she felt, he has no empathy, respect or compassion. After he sent more blood tests he just ghosted my mom, never gave her any treatment or sent her any medication. Called his office multiple times, they never answered the phone, leave multiple messages and never received a call back. Stay away from this “Doctor” he just won’t care about you at all.
Bad experience. He made me wait 6 months for an appointment. When I finally got to my appointment. He made me do more blood work and all these other requirements. And then didn't even give me the treatment. I needed. All of that for nothing. Smh
