I must agree with the bad reviews they have received. They do not care about their patients, just the $$. I would go a step further and say they are prejudice, unfortunately. It's a very uncomfortable atmosphere, stale, unfriendly & they speak in their foreign language to eachother during conversations with you (which is very rude, especially since they speak English very well). I’ve been going to Dr. Shah for years and he’s great. He does the cleanings himself and it’s much more personable.
