I was worried because there were a couple negative reviews. However, I had my appointment today and it went great. This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to by a mile. He was very gentle and soft spoken. The woman at the front desk was also really helpful and nice.
Dr. Shah is very diligent with his work. He also took the time to explain best practices to keep our teeth healthy. In addition, the rest of the staff is friendly and flexible with multiple reschedules. Would recommend!
I must agree with the bad reviews they have received. They do not care about their patients, just the $$. I would go a step further and say they are prejudice, unfortunately. It's a very uncomfortable atmosphere, stale, unfriendly & they speak in their foreign language to eachother during conversations with you (which is very rude, especially since they speak English very well).
