Dr Mourad is phrenologist at Fresenius inNew Braunfels where my nephew is a dialysis patient. In our experience, he is excellent—very attentive to patient’s needs. He is super about tending to his patients when they are admitted to ER. He makes himself available without delay. Our family is very appreciative of the support given our nephew by Dr Mourad.
