Dr. Shadi is absolutely wonderful. He isn't personable in a common way, but he cares and he listens. The receptionists at this location are far different. I called last week and had my appointment moved up to the morning and no one knew about it. The gentleman that came in after me said he did the same thing and yet again, no one knew. I'm not sure if someone has a habit of answering the phone and not making notes of the changes, but someone I'm this office clearly needs to be making some changes.
