Very disappointing experience and, frankly, unacceptable customer service. Over the past two days, I received a couple of last minute phone calls about an appointment that was supposedly scheduled months ago. I had no record of it in my calendar and did not receive any meaningful reminder that would have allowed me to plan around it. I had blepharoplasty for my drooping eyelids done by Dr. Khambati the beginning of December. He was great and kept me comfortable the entire time. I had much less bruising and swelling than I expected but but still have mild bruising and swelling a week later. I was concerned because I had a Christmas party three days later but I was comfortable attending. Know that I don't consider myself vain and others may not be comfortable going out that quickly.
