I have been a patient of Dr Khambati for several years and trust him and his staff, each one, from the girls at the front desk to his assistants with my most valuable possession, my eyes. As a doctor he always stays up on the newest treatment to enhance my visual needs along with the dreaded old age eye decline. As a professional he has exceeded my greatest expectations. He is an exceptional physician.
Got my eyes zapped by Dr Khumbati 10 years back. Still going strong.
Very disappointing experience and, frankly, unacceptable customer service. Over the past two days, I received a couple of last minute phone calls about an appointment that was supposedly scheduled months ago.
