Very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. My only gripe is the wait time as others have mentioned. Waiting 2 hours post appt time is a bit ridiculous and annoying.

Everytime I take my mother to her appointment, we end up waiting over an hour and a half to get in. They want you to be 15 minutes early and then make you wait an additional hour to be seen. This is the 3rd time I have taken her and same results. Dr. needs to be more professional on meeting her appointment times.

Dr Mahasneh got me through some really difficult times. I have 1 eye, and that is compromised. Went in today, insurance changed(out of network), and they would not let me see her without $300 up front. Sadly no longer a patient

Dr. Mahasneh is amazing. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She gave me lots of options to correct my issue, and she was absolutely wonderful in surgery. I can't recommend her enough to anyone who needs an eye doctor. The only negative I can say is that because she is so great, she is very popular so you will have a bit of a long wait for your appointment. But the wait is more than worth the care you will get from her and her staff.

Dr. Mahasneh did my cataract surgery that went well. I was very impressed that she’s the first eye doctor to ever tell me I have chronic dry eyes. Since then, I use prescription eye drops twice a day. I also use OTC eye gel and my eyes feel so much better. I get way fewer headaches toward the end of my workday despite looking at a computer all day and the headaches I do get aren’t nearly as bad now. The chronic dry eyes were effecting my vision too which is now improved.
