The WORST medical office I have ever dealt with. The Dr is ok, the staff is AWFUL!!!! I have called six times over 3 weeks trying to get medical records and no return calls ever!!!
This office is terrible. They refused to fill out and disability papers after my hospitalization. And when I called for refills on my medications she tells me the dr would have sent them to my pharmacy when I came in for my follow up 2 months ago if he wanted. Then she hung up on me twice because I was being "passive aggressive", when I told her not to assume that. This dr. is also charging me $1,000 for his visits in the hospital for 6 days of treatment for an asthma exacerbation. Ridiculous!
Unable to get this office on the phone. They don’t answer the phones you are forced to leave a message. The voicemail states that someone will return your call in 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, since last week, numerous messages left, no one called me schedule appointment.

Although they provided the diagnosis of sleep apnea a few years ago, I am suspicious because they never gave me a copy of my prescription, which is my legal right under HIPAA and I suspect there's some kickbacks going on between this office and Valley Medical Equipment. I wasn't given an opportunity to choose my own provider for my equipment. I just requested a copy of my prescription for a CPAP machine because I want to buy one for cash from a provider of my choice as my insurance won't replace another one yet. We'll see ho... read more
