This man was the attending ICU doctor when my mother was admitted to the hospital. When we asked questions about the cause of her illness, he went on a tirade. He was repeatedly asked to lower his voice as it escalated into yelling. He reduced my sister to tears as she sobbed while he accused us of 'attacking' him, 'pitting him against other doctors', and he WOULD. NOT. STOP. Dr. Keshishyan and his entire staff were extremely professional and pleasant to work with from the receptionist through the entire staff that I encountered. The nurse, Amy was so helpful to me between my last appointment and this most recent one on September 15th. She quickly responded to voice mails that I left with questions. Dr Keshishyan explained clearly and completely my test results and was so patient with my many questions. Definitely a five star experience with this practice.
My husband is a new patient with severe COPD who had his first appointment today with Dr. Keshishyan. As with any transition to a new physician, he was nervous but from the moment we walked into the office, we couldn't have had a better experience. Nurse Amy was so lovely with us and Dr. K took his time with us. He was very thorough in becoming familiar with how my husband is presenting with COPD and we just felt so comfortable.
