Trying to get a follow up visit to order hearing aids ( mitigating issue with melanoma tumor) but " there is a two week period on callbacks" [ which may explain why they didn't call me back last week?] ). Meanwhile, the cancer is feared to have mestastisized ( Moffitt Cancer Center). ... no sense of urgency . Again, no return phone call. Bad communication.. seriously.
Dr Tudor is great, but office processes are very odd you can’t speak to your Dr or leave them a message (per Sarah office staff). You’re only allowed to talk to your Doctor if you’re in an appointment and those are about 4-6 wait times right now. I’ve never heard of such a thing?
Dr lanza is the best Ent doctor i’ve been to he’s professional and direct… great and friendly office staff…
