I saw this doctor on Teledoc for my 16yo son, for convenience sake, when my son started to have symptoms. Two other household members had been given Z-pack for pneumonia a few days prior by a real, in-person doctor. Portnoy, who seemed to want to talk more than listen, was dead-set on my son's symptoms being viral, even though I told him 2 other family members were being treated with antibiotics by my primary care doctor. Gets no stars. Don't understand how I got a refusal on my fmcsa and I got split samples sent off. I was dismissed and received my paperwork. And got hired by the job. Then didn't want to talk to me when I tried to call and ask why and how did that happen. Then I found out they didn't do the procedure correct and some cups also had defects to them.. I still go to the same clinic and those individuals don't work there anymore. Smh!!
Zero stars. Have been sitting for two weeks waiting for a drug test to clear. Gave no effort in helping me move the process along. Called and was told they never received the email of my prescription. I didn’t believe them so I waited about 10 minutes and called again saying I sent them new email (which I really didn’t) and then they magically had the new email I sent. Sounds like a scam to me.
Never called me I had to call them. I Live in Louisiana we have medicinal marijuana laws that protect us. However this Florida MRO decided that he would refuse to acknowledge my valid prescription from a licensed pharmacy because he claimed his office follows dot protocols even though this is a Non-Dot drug test! And for the few people giving this place 5 stars your obviously workers and these fake reviews are just that “Fake”
