The Person (Robert Jones) was so patient when I asked questions, it was also noted of his knowledge of his work. I followed him through out my house and in my yard, he is indeed thorough. With his smile and respectfullness, he made my day! If at all possible I will try to request him to return for my next service. One hundred percent pleased.
