I've been seen Dr. Vega for a while now. He's very knowledgeable and personable. He truly cares and listens to me, which is very important. I gave his practice 4 stars because of the woman (Jennifer?) up front. She can be rude and unprofessional with me and I've heard her with other patients. It's a shame that Dr. Vega and his wife let that happen.
Dr. Vega is the BEST doctor there is! The care, attention, & empathy that he showed my grandmother was superior. It wasn't just from a dialysis point of view, I feel that he genuinely cared for her. I believe that his care helped give her an extra decade with her loved ones. As my grandmother entered into the last months of her life, Dr. Vega continously fought for her to receive the best care possible. I have just had my visit with the doctor Sergio R Vega... My health insurance is a low-income voucher program that enabled me to visit him at no out-of-pocket. Usually this means that I get horrible service. But in this case my entire experience could not be any better. I have seen so many doctors lately with so many issues that I sometimes get them mixed up but this doctor is absolutely top-notch.
