Just wondering if everyone waits 3 hours for an appointment here...
Elderly patient (86) waiting for over an hour to be seen. It’s so disrespectful and unprofessional. Front office ladies are wonderful but Dr. Cantu needs to work on his time management skills.
He’s overbooked, you wait a long time to be seen by a nurse practitioner never see the dr. 🤬 my mother-in-law was at the er and she needed to see him right away for a follow up and they couldn’t squeeze her in. Next appointment was 3 months away. What good is a dr if you can’t see them when you need to
Dr. Cantu’s Practice has always been so friendly and professional. Dovie always makes sure to make the time to explain any concerns I may have. Dr. Cantu has always been a great PCP as well giving his patients the greatest care possible. I highly recommend Brush Country Medical for all your health care needs.
Great & amazing staff, these ladies always on top of their work, returning phone calls, very respectful and I have received the best care each & every visit from day 1
