I experienced surgical complications that Dr. Filatov failed to address. His dismissive and rude bedside manner made an already difficult situation worse. I now have to find another surgeon to correct his work. This is unacceptable and patients deserve far better.
I found the receptionist was polite and helpful when taking my call and upon my arrival to the office. Dr Filatov was friendly and patient with me as he explained options for the procedure. I appreciate the professionalism and how comfortable the process was. I was nervous, but he was very gentle and quick. I'm happy with my experience and look forward to returning.
Filatov simply told me I am too old and that he cannot cure tinnitus and would not accept that I may have menier's disease and even berated my doctor for syggesting such. I feel he is an agdist. Ced
I found Dr Filiatov to be dismissive, and had I not kept calling his office regarding referrals and tests, I feel that my cancer treatment would have been delayed.
