Extremely poor communication and disorganized care I have had a truly frustrating experience with this infectious disease practice. It has been consistently impossible to get anyone on the phone directly—I’ve only ever reached voicemail, and even then, I rarely get a timely response. Before my first visit, they lost my referral, didn’t notify me, and then scheduled me for an appointment without my input at a time that didn’t work for me.
