Dr. Francis is a reasonably good doctor (although in addressing issues around my pretty rare condition, I could tell sometimes that she was out of her depth and trying to hand wave through it). Moreover, her PA, Danielle, was wonderful and really focused on making sure patients are taking care of. But the management of the practice is atrocious and unethical. Dr. Francis is one of the best in her field. The first visit That I had with her, She took the time explaining my diagnosis and worked with me to find an appropriate treatment which helped to correct issues I was having for which I am totally grateful. I would certainly recommend her to friends and family.
