Absolutely hands down one of the best most compassionate doctors I’ve ever been to! She takes her time to listen and address issues and find answers. I trust her 100% with my life
Terrible Customer Service as it relates to Scheduling appointments. Non-Friendly and condescending staff.
Can't get past the person who answers the phone. Won't take you if you are sick, might be Covid. I was told go to Walmart and buy a test kit, use it and if not positive result put it in a baggy and bring it in but I won't be seeing Ellis it will be Arcott. Oh wait, go a walk in. They are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and too busy to take you for months. Very rude and discriminating as to who they will fit in.
