The receptionist is very rude. When you call the office they say hello, you tell them what you want then they proceed to put you on hold and dont return. They pick up put the call on hold without saying hello out and dont return to the call. They have done this to my husband plenty of times and have also done it to me when I called for him while they left him on hold. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I will never recommend anyone to this practice because of the rude receptionist!!!!
Outstanding practice. Cordial, efficient, very approachable staff and techs, Viktor and Julian, along with affinity driven seasoned, brilliant, outstanding Cardiologists. Currently see outstanding Dr. Vilkas, at this office on Wednesdays. He speaks English, Russian, Hebrew and undoubtedly other languages. This office has very rude customer service. They book appointments and then change the time without informing the patient. It’s unprofessional and shows no respect. I’m only coming because of Dr. Gregorian. but I would never come back to this office because of the staff, the front desk really needs additional training on how to communicate with clients!
