Great gym, good environment, fantastic motivation. I love it.
Great gym I’ve been a part of for 5 years. I love their group classes and have made friends and achieved some of my health goals. I am 61 and trying to stay fit and healthy and this gym has been a huge part of that. The group classes help because they motivate me when I see older people than me doing so well. The instructors are amazing. I love love Samantha’s class Les Mills Body pump. Samantha is a jewel! She is very helpful and motivating and a great instructor. Nik J’s class is another great one. There needs to be more seating for parents waiting for their kids at the front. Also please work on letting kids know to be respectful and move out of the way when people are going in and out of the facility.
Well, the executive director is my only major complaint... He won't let us I have any snacks or drinks while we're in the locker room... His name is brian ortiz... I feel like it should be a little more lenient... I've been going to the y m c a for many, many years.Maybe forty years or more... No he's the only one that is repeatedly told us that we cannot have any snacks Well, there's several of us that are diabetics.And we have to take something for our low blood sugar..
