No care at all! Will not see patients in person.
I was prescribed Divalproex 500 mg daily, which caused double vision and dizziness. I brought up my concerns multiple times, but the doctor showed no interest in addressing them. Additionally, scheduling an appointment is extremely difficult, and they are unresponsive on the MyChart app. The overall experience has been frustrating— a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this practice.
Dr. Benbadis prescribed me a medication that caused me to get double vision and dizzy and I could not walk for hours everyday. Then a few months later I went paralyzed for 12 hours. It takes him a week to approve of a medication and I have to go to the hospital to get them. One time I had a seizure because I did not have the medication I needed. He is a terrible doctor.
