My parents arrived at clinic on the 10th October to try and get an appointment and were screamed and yelled at by the very rude, discourteous, unprofessional receptionist. All because my parents walked into the clinic to find out if there was appointment available. Absolutely disgraceful that my elderly ill parents were treated in this manner.
