Liao was very dismissive and a bit rude. She was the only one of three different doctors to not be able to identify the presence of fluid in my middle ear. I feel that she does not take younger patients very seriously.
Dr Liao fixed a sinus problem I’d been having for years, in one short office visit. She’s great ~ highly recommend!
Although my daughter has had escalating chronic, sometimes life threatening tonsillitis her entire life, she was told she needs to continue to suffer. "Maybe by the time she is 40 it will go away." She is 23. She can't afford to continue to go to the ER over and over again, taking antibiotics that cause secondary infections, just to convince a physician who can help her now to help her after she goes bankrupt, loses her job and needs to move home. It takes 12 weeks to get an appointment. It's unconscionable and I am outraged... read more
Dr. Liao has been able to get my sinuses in the best condition of my life. She has listened, examined my sinuses and taken detailed notes that she has my medication and treatments keeping me well. Dr. Liao and Staff are rated 5 stars in my case.
