Reading other reviews for Dr. Seetha Venkateswaran I feel compelled to chime in. She is my husband’s primary Dr. and visiting along with him I wanted to switch my primary. She was friendly, thorough and direct. We even got each other’s humor. While many Drs are tied to their computers it’s important to understand their POV. She is abrupt, aloof, and a bully. She interprets follow.up questions as a challenge to her authority. She is more interested in ordering unnecessary tests and making referrals to specialists than in listening to and responding to patient concerns. Her judgment is poor as confirmed by subsequent doctors who have had to correct her errors.

I would not recommend this doctor. She's rushed, dismissive and lacks empathy. When challenged with questions, she reacts negatively as if I was questioning her authority, even though I was providing her with new information about my family history. Worst experience with a doctor I have ever had, unfortunately.
