Dr Seetha is very good but the staff has no idea what is going on, many unanswered calls, miscommunication and scheduling mishaps. It is exhausting and hard to handle when no feeling well.
She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions
I did not see Dr Seetha on my 5/1 visit because I cancelled my Dr visit because of the transition but did get my B12 shot and Lab work. Waited 1-1/2 hour for this service. In the past it has been very simple visit the Lab techs had the B12 shot readily available. The new system I am told the shot has to be authorized and released only by the prescribing physician. Which if the Dr is busy you have to wait until available. Bring back the prior system.
Dr. Seetha is caring, compassionate and allows her patient to feel comfortable. She is also patient and kind and is willing to answer any of your questions. It is always a pleasure and a joy going to see Dr. Seetha, come what may. Thank you Dr. Seetha!
