Worst staff at old Bridge office with no courtesy. We had very bad experience with the staff. They do not care if patient having emergency. Hope Dr. Seema Verma even know how her staff is handling her Patients.
She was “treating”‘my mother for lung cancer. She told her it’s treatable and sent her to have 2 weeks of radiation. After radiation my mother had bad side effects and was rushed to the ER thinking she was having a heart attack. After being released from the hospital a few days later my mom went to her first chemo treatment per Dr. Varma. Days later she fell in her apt and after 12 hours on a hard floor, she was rushed to the ER. We called Dr. Varma’s office trying to get some answers and any help at all. Dr. Varma was treating my 77 year old mother for lung cancer. She sent my mom for radiation which later landed my mother in the ER with heart attack like symptoms. My siblings kept reaching out to Dr. Varma’s office while my mom was in the hospital but did not get a call back. After a week of waiting my sister complained to the patient hospital advocate and finally received a call back from Dr. Varma.
