Wonderful doctor and person. She listens to everything you have to say. Truly tries to help you and find what is wrong with you. She is very compassionate and down to earth. All her staff is great. I truly recommend her and her staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Malani for about 4 years and like that she listens to your concerns. She is willing to work with you for the best possible outcome. Her nurse that does the infusions is terrific! Additionally the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.
Always a great experience when seeing Dr. Malani. She's quite attentive and a really good listener. She values my opinion and open to seeking out other avenues of my own healthcare when I'm wanting a change. The front desk staff is always great at Katy and Cypress location. I haven't been to any other locations.
Waited almost a month to see this doctor. I get a text the day before my appointment asking for my insurance information so they could verify it. I gave them all the same info the day I called to schedule an appointment, so they should have already verified it. But instead they give me a call the day before my appointment to tell me my insurance is out of network. But on my insurance website it shows that it is in network. Dr. Malani and her staff are incredible. She takes time to listen and evaluate and help in regards to the health issues I have. She is extremely detailed.. I am so immensely and greatly blessed to have found her. We are headed in a positive direction in regards to all that is going on.
