I was able to relax. Not be tense thinking this is another doctor that’s not going to put in the effort to care. I felt so comfortable. They went into action immediately and were thorough with everything. Very welcoming and warm spirited. It’s been awhile since I’ve found a doctor to make me feel this way. I feel like I’m in good hands. I’m a new patient so we will see.

I have been seeing Dr. Malani for about 4 years and like that she listens to your concerns. She is willing to work with you for the best possible outcome. Her nurse that does the infusions is terrific! Additionally the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Always a great experience when seeing Dr. Malani. She's quite attentive and a really good listener. She values my opinion and open to seeking out other avenues of my own healthcare when I'm wanting a change. The front desk staff is always great at Katy and Cypress location. I haven't been to any other locations.

Dr. Malani and her staff are incredible. She takes time to listen and evaluate and help in regards to the health issues I have. She is extremely detailed.. I am so immensely and greatly blessed to have found her. We are headed in a positive direction in regards to all that is going on.

Dr. Malani is a truly wonderful doctor. I only see her and continue to see her because she is such a good doctor. Her staff however, are some of the most difficult people to deal with. I have to constantly call and make sure they have received certain information from my insurance. Or I have to follow up on my prescriptions. They have sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy.
