We have been with Dr. Dosaj for approximately 5 years. Needing a new doctor, we found Dr. Dosaj was taking new patients, so we applied and were accepted, which we were very thankful for. Then covid came along and it was rough for everyone. We are now 85 and 87 and we both are very grateful we have Dr. Dosaj. She and her receptionist have been very patient and understanding of all our senior problems. Terrible experience with this practice, they are not open during their posted hours it takes 2 months to book an appointment and I will most likely get canceled. I can never get through to reception who seems to always be disorganized, they have mixed up myself and my partners needs for going. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY DOCTOR DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. Beware if you try to leave this practice, my husband finally got a new family doctor, and requested his medical records. First we were told that it would be $60 in order to release the records. I went to the office and paid the fee. Then we waited and waited for the records to be sent, and when they finally were, 75% are missing. He has a been patient there for over 10 years, and she sent a handful of files. They never pick up the phone, good luck making an appointment. And then they get mad that you go to walk in clinics even though they are literally NEVER available. The standard at this office is low, I really wish Dr. Dosaj would make changes to her office. Your 1.5 star review on Google is telling.
