Absolutely terrible. I’m new to wearing glasses and haven’t had an eye exam in years. She went through my entire appointment in about 15 or so minutes which I thought being inexperienced was normal. She wouldn’t answer any questions I had. On top of that she lied to me about what my insurance would cover. She told because I have a stigmatism to get a contact exam it would be $289 that day out of pocket. Then if I chose to not do it that day it would be full price until the next year.
