After reading a few of the comments, I’m glad to know that I wasn’t the only one who had a terrible experience at this location. It was my first and last visit today, never have I ever wanted to leave a doctor‘s office because I felt so uncomfortable. The Doctor was very rude, she got upset I didn’t know the answer to her question and threatened to not help me. I really just had to shut up so I could get my Prescription and get out of there. Dr. Chung is a very sweet lady! Had me in and out for an eye exam!
Staff and Dr Chung were very nice and professional and very good in there practice and my eye exam was quick and accurate and got my glasses same day would highly recommend her
I’ve been going to Dr. Chung for the past 3 years and have always been provided amazing service. She’s straight forward & also cares about her patients. Both Dr. Smith & Dr. Chung have showed me nothing but love and I will continue to go to them. People be so quick to judge and also have their own experience - but IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE!
