She rushes through appointments and can’t get the prescription correct.
My family have been patients of Dr. Chung for many years. She is thorough and straight forward. That may be why some people have given lower reviews. She's there to get the job done and is quick. I know people are used to having long conversations with their doctors, and that's fine. However Dr. Chung is there to listen to the issues that you're having, run test that all eye doctors do to regulate eye pressures, make sure your eyes are healthy, etc... you will be told that you have to take retina images $40 but they aren't actually mandatory, nor are they necessary in most cases without a preexisting condition/concern. you will be expected to pay for your contact exam but wont actually receive your prescription until your follow up appt. i would have appreciated this information when scheduling. office was clean but chaotic the doc seemed sweet and dressed fun so i thought i would like her then i went to pay &things took a turn i asked why i was paying for the contacts pr... read more
