My husband and I were scheduled for a new patient exam and cleaning. All kinds of x-rays and photos were taken. This dentist did NOT sit down and actually exam either my mouth nor my husbands. Yet, both of us were told we needed more than a regular cleaning even though we have always seen a dentist every 6 months. When I looked at the EOB and seen I was charged a new patient exam I called the office for an explanation.
