This is the only Dr/counselor in the world who doesnt know that "self talk" is not auditory hallucinations. He does not listen to what you say, instead he add his own personal spectulations to his reports that do not reflect what u had actually said to him. I went to see Dr. Seibert for depression. He spent a great deal of time listening and as he got to understand my depression he had helpful suggestions. He offered ways of thinking about depression and my problems that I had not considered, and the counseling was very helpful. I am seeing things differently. I am not done with counseling, but things are definitely better.
