I just finished having a consultation with Dr. Sean O'Mara. My experience was phenomenal! I thought I was doing pretty good on my health journey - eating carnivore, exercising a bit, and fasting a bit. I totally learned otherwise when Dr. O'Mara went over my MRI scans with me.
