Very professional. Always explain any procedures to be done. No waiting around. Staff/doctor always prompt and efficient.
I had such a great experience at this vein clinic from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. A special thank you to Melissa, who went above and beyond with her kindness, patience, and care. She truly made the experience stress-free and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service!
I had met Dr. McWilliams pre-Covid when he was with a different vein. Last year I felt the need to see a vein Doctor due to surfacing varicose veins. The clinic I was going to wasn't working out and I had seen that Dr. McWilliams opened a clinic here in Wheaton. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. It's nice not having to deal with a corporate office when making appointments and Dr. McWilliams brought some of his previous staff with him to this location.
