Thought I found a good doctor. Until it was time to be treated for something that required more attention then just a check up. Called with an issue after treatment plan was discussed (like I was told to do) and was passed around having to explain myself with every conversation. I attempted to switch to this office years ago due to my family being seen there. I was denied due to a medication I was taking. I was frustrated; however, I was on a mission to get healthier so I since weened off that medicine. It has been years since taking that medication, which is trackable through a NYS database. I attempted to switch to this office again. This time they claimed it is because of the type of health insurance I have through an employer.
