this morning I did the hamstring stretches in the video we made back in January. love it man. thank you again for the fix. my knees, back, hips. fixes everything. I do the stretches about 3x daily. running a 5k with my kids this weekend and needed a good stretch to loosen things up.
Every time I come here i am amazed. Dr Sean Gregory has an incredible understanding of body mechanics and can quickly zero in on the problem and identify corrective actions.
While lifting something way too heavy I over-extended causing numbness and excruciating pain down my arm into my fingers. Went in to see Dr. Gregory on recommendations from my kids. After he rubbed the knots out he adjusted my neck and back and the relief was instant. No more pain or numbness. Whew! Thank you Dr. Gregory.
Just started my journey with Dr. Gregory. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate towards his craft. I am very grateful for the positive change he has brought to my life. I have mobility that I didn't think was possible. The staff is great as well! I highly recommend Dr. Gregory!
