I have previously voiced my complements for Dr. Castaluchi & other doctors at this facility, but I continue to be so frustrated with office staff’s lack of responsiveness to patients. It is next to impossible to have anyone answer the phone, or to call back. The “past office hours” answering service staff merely say call back during office hours (yesterday I had called at noon and at 4:35 pm and got them). There’s absolutely no words to describe how incredibly amazing, thoughtful, super kind, knows exactly what he’s doing with care & love. He’s truly one in a million of doctors. Believe me I’ve had my share of doctors & 47 surgeries. All wonderful doctors but Dr. Sean Castellucci Was & still is my doctor which I can’t tell you how highly I recommend him & his right hand man, PA Vicotor. Another beautiful soul!
