Dr.Norton has been a breath of fresh air. He is very thorough in making sure he is proactive instead of reactive. Takes a lot of time to fully communicate the plan and ensuring full understanding and will answer any questions you have. I called as I had a question but our appointment wasn’t for a couple months and Dr. Norton called me back within an hour to answer my questions and even did a mini phone update. Love the care he provides. We got lucky getting Dr.Norton
Finally a doctor who cares and listens. Absolutely amazing communication with the child and for the first time in years we have hope for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
My daughter LOVES Dr. Norton. He listens to me as her mother, but also doesn't gloss over her. He asks her questions first then if there's something he doesn't understand he asks me. I love that he is very personable and funny and puts my daughter at ease. I am SO glad we found him. He's been a godsend!!
