Finally a doctor who cares and listens. Absolutely amazing communication with the child and for the first time in years we have hope for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
My daughter LOVES Dr. Norton. He listens to me as her mother, but also doesn't gloss over her. He asks her questions first then if there's something he doesn't understand he asks me. I love that he is very personable and funny and puts my daughter at ease. I am SO glad we found him. He's been a godsend!!
We have been taking our son to Dr. Norton for several years now. Not once have we ever had any problems. He's very detailed and takes time to explain things thoroughly to us as parents as well as taking time to speak directly to our son as well. He's been a wonderful asset to our health care team. Now that our son is older, he speaks to him about his health and asthma directly and treats him as the young adult he is. He loves seeing Dr. Norton.
Horrible doctor! I wish I could give him zero stars! Doesn't respect choices from a parents point of view especially when he only sees the child for half an hour twice a year. Then we get told we have to wear a mask or we can't be in the building and the appointment will have to take place in my vehicle, then get told if I leave the office I will be billed for the "missed appointment" please save yourself the headaches and get a different doctor.
