His staff is excellent. He himself is very kind, extremely personable, takes his time with you, answers all questions, responds to phone calls and portal messages immediately. HOWEVER, he doesn’t want to manage anything, refers out to specialists for everything and not even to anyone specific you have to figure it out yourself, call a million places, deal with insanely long waiting lists when he could definitely manage it as a PCP himself or at the very least connect you with the specialist as other PCPs do. Horrible experiences …he treated me like I was a an object instead of a person on multiple occasion's over the several years I was his patient…What tipped me over the edge was his refusal to sign a ‘Physicians Statement Form’ to have my birth certificate corrected because it “made him uncomfortable”. I was then told “go ask one of your ‘special’ doctors” knowing very well anyone not my actual Physician cannot legally sign a PSF…Trust me I tried… I advise that anyone that wants to be respected and treated like a person, keep ... read more
This doctor is very unprofessional! He has treated my husband very poorly numerous times! When you look down on a patient it’s time to RETIRE!!!
Dr. Mark is excellent and very thorough. He is proactive in treating the patient. Very compassionate. Best doctor I’ve had!!!
I will be leaving Dr. mark due to relocation and it’s too bad, great dr. And great nurse practitioner Sandra but that means a opening.... highly recommend
