Very rude unprofessional if I could give no Star I would save your money and go somewhere else. He literally came in said nothing was wrong didn't even look in my ear was in and out of exam room under 3 minutes and the worst part he didn't wash hands .This guy acts like it's the biggest inconvenience for him to do his job he's a joke a bad one at that .
Thank you other reviewers! I’m so relieved about some of these comments because I was ok maybe it was my first visit and I have been a little on edge from not feeling well for so long, but no majority of us had the same exact visit! I m just glad he was offered to order a CT scan , so I m grateful for that!! As far as the front and the rest of the staff seemed okay! I will follow up after second visit..
I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Blumer. He was very gentle with the nose exam and explained everything that he was doing.
Called made the appointment…. No problem…. I come to my appt…. Then I find out that they do not accept my ins. I offered they should maybe check before they make appointments. They say that that is my responsibility, but that would’ve been great to know. If someone would’ve told me to do that I would have done that.
This place is the best ear, nose, and throat Dr.s I've ever seen, helped me so much twice now, I highly recommend them for these issues, very knowledgeable and thorough, best of the best!!!
