I met Dr. Blumer today and he was one of those people that act like they hate their job. He was very Standoffish. It almost seemed like he doesn’t care… which you definitely do not want in a Doctor! I thought it was odd how he acted and decided to check the reviews and it looks like many people have a similar experience! Doc didnt get an accurate biopsy because he went in at an angle both times. He also didnt wait for me to get numb to do the procedure. For this i now have fears about getting an accurate biopsy and my questions left unanswered for 2 months. Dr scott blumers team determined i have pre cancer while my surgeon is saying its cancer but he cant say how severe at this time for he doesnt have an accurate tissue sample. Very rude unprofessional if I could give no Star I would save your money and go somewhere else. He literally came in said nothing was wrong didn't even look in my ear was in and out of exam room under 3 minutes and the worst part he didn't wash hands .This guy acts like it's the biggest inconvenience for him to do his job he's a joke a bad one at that .
Thank you other reviewers! I’m so relieved about some of these comments because I was ok maybe it was my first visit and I have been a little on edge from not feeling well for so long, but no majority of us had the same exact visit! I m just glad he was offered to order a CT scan , so I m grateful for that!! As far as the front and the rest of the staff seemed okay! I will follow up after second visit..
I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Blumer. He was very gentle with the nose exam and explained everything that he was doing.
