I truly don’t think I could ever put into words how grateful we are to Dr Scott Shemer and his incredible team for the care they gave me throughout my pregnancy and the safe arrival of our daughter, Nora. We could not recommend Dr Scott and his team more for pregnancy care. Our experience began with a miscarriage and he looked after us with such care and compassion. We then saw him for the pregnancy and birth of our daughter and again experienced an extremely high level of care and support. The birth itself was a dream experience and recovery has been a breeze, which I largely attribute to the skill of Scott as a surgeon and his use of extras like the PICO dressing. Very grateful to the whole team!
Highly recommend Dr Scott Shemer. He safely delivered all 3 of my babies and I always received the very best care. He is very calm and collected when you need him to be. He is always very caring and sets your mind at ease for the most pivotal moment in your life.
Would not recommend. Induction was scheduled for 38 weeks because I was ‘high risk’ and Scott said I wasn’t able to go into spontaneous labour due to being on clexane. I was induced at 37 weeks as Scott was going on leave - no medical reasons as myself and the baby were doing perfectly fine, this ultimately leading to an emergency c section. I have since had my second child, I was again high risk and on clexane and went into spontaneous labour at 40 weeks.
Scott was recommended to me after a really bad experience with my last OB. Scott and the team are responsive, easy to talk too, caring and always smiling. I had a high risk pregnancy and ended up with a healthy, super cute baby. Every interation has been a joy. Thankyou Scott!
