It is difficult to rate this higher than one star when patients are effectively forced to attend appointments under threat of losing benefits, despite follow-ups that could easily be handled via telehealth or phone. There is no medical necessity for requiring nearly a 200-mile round trip just to report that prescribed treatments have been ineffective and to develop a plan.
