I specifically made an appointment for my son to see Dr Rappe and the office changed my appointment to another doctor when filing a compliant with office manager she stated it was my fault because I cancelled the appointment and then rescheduled which is a complete fabrication!! I love Dr Rappe but the staff needs to do better. My son prefers a male doctor and should not have see a female doctor and instead of her apologizing she is placing blame on the patient. Dr Rappe is awesome I have been seeing him for over 10 years. But now I can not get an appointment with him. I had to literally fight with the medical assistant to give me an appointment with him via KLARA (text message system). I was willing to wait the length of time to get an available appointment and it was like pulling teeth I had to threaten to take myself to another primary care before she was willing to give me an appointment. Dr Rappe is wonderful, very caring, makes you feel relaxed. He is thorough and is a great listener. Definitely a great physician to have
Dr Rappe is THE BEST!! After years and years of having bad luck with primary care do tors I have finally struck GOLD!! I will be a patient for as long as he is around.
