I was seen by Dr. Mcphereson on Dec.5, 2017 at the ER in Nags Head NC. He was very kind & patient. He explained things to me in a way that I clearly understood without being condescending or snarky like “some” doctors can be. It is always scary to be in pain and not know why. I wish every doctor shared his kindness and empathy. Following up on his advice with my primary doctor.
Scott Mc McPherson ,m.d. is a fabulous MD practicing at the Outer Banks Hospital in Naga Head, N.C. I went there for emergency care after an inju ry. Dt. Mc Pherson provided quick, competent care with great explanation and a sense of humoi that put me at ease. I was out quickly and got the care needed. Rachel, his nurse was fab too! Couldn't say enuf good about the doc, his nurse or the hospital.

Scott McPherson is Awesome! He listens to your health problems and is very compassionate. Great bedside manner. He's the best Doctor ever.
