Always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Top notch dental office. Treated with kindness and professionalism. From Crystal at the front desk, who was knowledgeable and compassionate as well as resourceful about insurance and payment options , to Ashley the hygienist who did an excellent job with cleaning, the experience was pleasant. The dentist was thorough and decisive, patient in explaining his treatment plans, and clearly knowledgeable about best practices, he demonstrated caring and commitment to me and my husband’s patients. Thank you all!
Dr. Rad is all about the money, after telling him my financial trouble he told me to work harder at my job and to either sell my house or car to make any payments needed for my dental work. Not to mention telling me to ask my parents(I am 41 years old)to pay for me. I don’t recommend him to any patient and I think he needs serious training when it comes to customer service. Everyone else in this office is great.
Ashley the hygienist was truly professional, gentle and thorough and I really appreciated the job she did cleaning my teeth. Crystal took the time to explain our options. I felt like I was just in the living room talking to my family. All in all a wonderful experience.
