Called the front desk looking for medical records. The receptionist was short with me and hung up on me for no reason. Now when I call back it goes straight to voicemail. Customer service 0/5 stars.
Where do I begin.. The office staff is rude, argumentative, and the most unprofessional that I’ve ever encountered. I’ve witnessed them pick up the phone, while I was sitting in the waiting room, and hang it up on callers without saying anything, or take it off the hook completely. It’s nearly impossible to get through to this office. The phone is almost always off the hook.
