Dr. Scott Parrotta is an excellent physician. It is clear that he cares deeply about his patients and wants them to be in a good place health-wise. He spends quality time asking important questions about any symptoms you're experiencing and is very thorough with physical examinations. I don't like to complain, but the receptionist was very unhelpful and arrogant!
Dr. Scott Parrotta is the best in upstate NY. I cannot recommend this office more. He never rushes you in and out of the office. He is thorough, caring, and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are well taken care of. Parrotta will go the next level to make sure everything is okay. He is extremely smart, caring, and knowledgeable in every aspect. This office is much different than any other doctor’s office I have been to. I leave the office feeling confident in the care I received. Thank YOU!!!!!
