Talked to this office off and on for months about insurance issues and making sure they got paid. They never once said anything about my son not showing for his appointments, (teenager who scheduled and drove himself) nor did they send a letter. Then as soon as all the orthodontic benefits were paid and my out of pocket responsibility was paid in full they sent a certified letter dropping him as a patient. I can't say enough about Dr. Scott and all of the staff!! We've been through both kids and braces over the last 6 years and there isn't a single thing I would change! Two sets of PERFECT teeth by Dr. Scott!
If you’re looking for an orthodontist this is the best place you could find! They’re so friendly and you can tell they actually care about helping people , and they have a cute dachshund named Hank which makes visits fun! I love my teeth now and I’m so glad they were the ones that helped me. I definitely recommend Dr.Roy Scott’s orthodontist
Having a family of 10 warrants for a lot of dental/orthodontic work. We had a family Orthodontist retire during Covid and were at a loss. I did extensive research to find the best fit for our family. We drive from PA to see Dr.Scott. His staff has always been wonderful. The office is super clean. Dr.Scott has been wonderful thus far. He has helped us feel at ease and our kids actually like going. We still have 3 younger ones and I hope to continue treatment with the practice.
Best Orthodontic place in the area. Staff are wonderful and the Dr. Scott is awesome.
