Think I dodged a bullet, husband made an appointment a week ago for them to suddenly reschedule the same morning, which we didn't find out until we got there, they had the wrong phone number down in the account and didn't bother sending an email, negligence being the first impression is not great. I believe the other reviews about negligence over the all caps review..couldn't be more obvious that its a fake review.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the level of negligence at this dental office is incredibly concerning. Nearly everyone seems to end up with an infection—and unfortunately, my son was one of them. He went in for a simple crown, and within 60 days, his mouth was badly infected. He suffered for nearly a week before we were able to get him treated by a different dentist while we were out of town. Honestly, I’m leaving this dentistry with my mouth in worse shape than when I started the dentist. They attempted two root canals, one that got infected and needed a re-treatment, and then another in the back of my mouth that he could not complete because he didn’t have the right tools. So I’m walking around with half a job done looking to get someone else to finish the job.
