I been one of Dr. Harder's patients for years and have always had good care. He has taken good care of my family and his billing is fair and reasonable. Test are done when necessary and they are able to perform several on site.
Staff is very rude. Be on top of your account because the billing office will send bills to wrong address and filed insurance incorrectly. Found out the hard way. Did not know they sent our account to collections, until we went to apply for a home loan. When tried to find out more, staff threatened to call sheriff if we didn't leave. Spoke with the doctor himself and he did not provide with a valid reason. They then sent us a certified mail stating that we cannot come back to the clinic. Would not return to this clinic to save my life. Staff was very rude. Doctor himself wasn't much better. Billed incorrectly and when called them on it, they was very hostile. Sent bill to wrong address then sent to collection without our knowledge. Asked them to send the bill to the correct insurance, staff threatened to call the sheriff office if we didn't leave.
After I had my 3rd baby I was having SO many issues with sternum pain, high bp, heart issues, etc. I was terrified! He made me feel so much better. He tried everything he could to figure out what was going on with me. I’ve been going there for years now but they have the best staff and truly made a huge difference during that terrifying time in my life. I recommend friends there all the time!
he does not listen nor does he care. some of the things he says to do can hurt your health you have to be careful if going to him
I've been going to this doctor's office for about 3 years and at first they seemed to care. Since my husband passed away I've been treated very poorly. I'm charged $130 every visit and rushed out of the office within 5 minutes. 5 days after my husband passed away I went in there crying and was put on medication and rushed out of there within less than 10 minutes. They showed no compassion whatsoever. Paperwork requires an appt everytime regardless of the ability to pay or not. Heartless.
At first Dr. Harder was a great doctor. Then he quit being at his office full time. His assistants are not very knowledgeable and I feel neglected by him. I will no longer be a patient of his.
I feel that I was wrongly discharged from the practice due to an ex girlfriends outstanding balance.
Excellent doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. I have been seeing him for several years and every interaction has been very good.
